- General Maintenance: Periodically provide support with cleaning and changing of HVAC filters, check levels of propane and/or oil if on site tanks exist and ensure they are filled when appropriate.
- Exterior Maintenance: Oversee all aspects of landscaping (lawn care, gardening and tree maintenance), snow and leaf removal, gutter and pool cleaning, and tennis court maintenance.
- Security System Monitoring – Weekly visits for monitoring of temperature control, water sensors, irrigation system, work performed by service providers and review of general conditions. Provide daily visits if you are away from the property for an extended period of time.
- Specialty Services – We can provide specialty services through our network of reputable professionals: Handyman Services, House Cleaning, Pet Care, House Sitting, Interior Design, Event Planning and Catering.
- Renovations and Construction Management – Home needs change with our changing lives so we have a Renovation, Construction Management team to help you. Visit our sister company @ www.pecorabrothers.com
- Preventative Maintenance: Irrigation, Sprinkler, Pruning, Gutter Cleaning, Landscaping, Radon Systems, Chimney Cleaning, Pump/Well/Septic Systems, Radiant Heating, Refuse, Appliances, Pest Control, Landscape Lighting, Fertilization, Gas Fireplace, Generator & Masonry.
- Seasonal Activities – Oversee all pool/spa maintenance, winterize/reactivate of irrigation system, replace anti-freeze in generator and boilers, and offer solutions for holiday decorating and other seasonal activities.Manufacturer Warranty Programs – Manage the manufacturer warranty programs for appliances, central vacuum, HVAC and mechanical equipment, generator, and well system.
- Bookkeeping Management – We can provide assistance with rent collections, tenant correspondence, financial reporting and all other bookkeeping needs.
